1-16-2: DEFINITIONS:
VILLAGE-OWNED VEHICLES: Shall include all trucks, cars, and utility vehicles.
VILLAGE-OWNED EQUIPMENT: Shall include any equipment that may cause great bodily harm or death to the user or others in immediate area (i.e. chain saws). (Ord. 20-03, 2-18-2020)
