A fee shall be paid to the village clerk at the time of submission of the preliminary plat. No plat shall be forwarded to the plan commission for review without a receipt from the village clerk being exhibited showing full payment of the fee. Payment of the fee is in no way contingent on whether the plat of subdivision submitted is approved or disapproved. The fee shall be as follows:
A. Twenty five dollars ($25.00) per lot for residential subdivisions (minimum $200.00 - except in minor subdivisions).
B. One hundred dollars ($100.00) per lot for commercial or industrial subdivisions (minimum $500.00). (Ord. 11-13, 10-4-2011)
