Fee - At the time of receiving approval of a Final Plat, the subdivider shall pay a fee sufficient to cover the cost of recording.
Within seven (7) days of receiving the approved final plat from the Mayor and the recording fee from the subdivider, the Village Clerk shall submit said Plat to the LaSalle or Grundy County Recorder for recording and said Final Plat shall become the property of the County of LaSalle or the County of Grundy.
Recording of the Final Plat authorizes the issuance of building permits, but does not constitute acceptance of proffered or required dedications.
