9-6-1: NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE ADOPTED:
A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as "The National Electrical Code" be and is hereby adopted as the National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) of the Village of Seneca, LaSalle and Grundy Counties, in the State of Illinois; for the control of electrical work as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said N.E.C. National Electrical Code, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Chapter. (Ord. 96-12, 6-4-1996, eff. 6-14-1996)
