9-5-1: ADOPTION OF MINIMUM CODE OF PLUMBING STANDARDS:

That governmental units are authorized to regulate plumbing and the fixtures, materials, design and installation methods of plumbing systems and may adopt Minimum Code of Standards pursuant to 225 Illinois Compiled Statutes 320/36.

The Minimum Code of Standards promulgated by the Illinois Department of Public Health may be incorporated in this Chapter by reference. (Ord. 96-05, 1-16-1996)
