A. Permit Required: It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, install, enlarge or alter any swimming pool unless a building permit has first been obtained from the Building Inspector.
B. Application For Permit: Application shall be on forms provided by the Building Inspector, and shall be accompanied by plans drawn to scale showing the following:
1. Pool dimensions and volume of water in gallons (liters).
2. Location and type as per the sewer regulations in Title 8, Chapter 2 of this Code.
3. Location of pool on lot, distance from lot lines, and distance from structure.
4. Fencing and landscape plan, or a combination thereof. (Ord. 90-09, 5-15-1990; amd. 1994 Code)
