It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A. Interfere with, or in any manner hinder any employee of the village in the performance of his or her duties.
B. Use threatening, abusive, profane or indecent language or be guilty of any conduct which constitutes a breach of peace.
C. Scatter, drop or leave any debris or other rubbish within the parks except in receptacles provided for that purpose.
D. No person shall cut, break, climb on, or in any way injure or deface any tree, shrub, plant, turf, or any of the buildings, fences, lamps, posts or other structure or property within the Village parks.
E. No person shall violate any of the posted park rules or regulations at any of the Village parks. (Ord. 01-27, 10-16-2001; amd. Ord. 21-15, 4-20-2021)
