Public parks within the village shall be open for use from dawn to dusk only; provided, however, that for programs or events sponsored or approved by the village, or for which a village permit has been issued, said hours of operation may be extended during any such program or event and for a period of sixty (60) minutes following the conclusion of such program or event. Signs stating park hours shall be posted prominently in the park. There shall be a twenty five dollar ($25.00) fee for use of the kitchen, and all monies received through the kitchen rental shall go to the park board for use of the park.
