6-9-13: VIOLATIONS; PUNISHMENT:

A. Any person violating or aiding or abetting the violation of any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

B. Each day a person fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 11-09, 8-16-2011; amd. Ord. 19-18, 11-19-2019; Ord. 21-02, 2-2-2021)
