6-9-11: MANDATORY INSURANCE:
No person shall operate, and no owner shall permit another person to operate a golf cart or utility task vehicle on a village street unless:
   A.   The golf cart or utility task vehicle is covered by a liability insurance policy as required by section 7-601 of the Illinois vehicle code 1 ; and
   B.   The operator of the golf cart or utility task vehicle carries with him/her proof of liability insurance as required by section 7-602 of the Illinois vehicle code 2 . (Ord. 11-09, 8-16-2011; amd. Ord. 19-18, 11-19-2019)
