6-9-5: AGE OF OPERATOR; LICENSE:
No person shall operate a golf cart or utility task vehicle on a village street unless the operator is at least eighteen (18) years old and has a valid Illinois driver's license. (Ord. 11-09, 8-16-2011; amd. Ord. 19-18, 11-19-2019)
