A golf cart and/or utility task vehicle to be operated on a village street shall have the following equipment in good working condition at all times:
A. Brakes.
B. Steering apparatus.
C. Tires.
D. A rearview mirror.
E. A red reflectorized warning device on the front and rear.
F. A slow moving emblem, as required by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/12-709, attached to the rear.
G. A headlight that emits white light visible from at least five hundred feet (500') to the front.
H. A tail lamp that emits red light visible from at least one hundred feet (100') from the rear.
I. Brake lights on the rear.
J. Turn signals on the front and rear.
K. Seatbelts.
