It shall be lawful to operate a golf cart and/or all terrain vehicle on village streets subject to the requirements and regulations of this chapter, except that it shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart and/or utility task vehicle on village roads or highways that are posted at thirty five (35) miles per hour or higher. It shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart and/or utility task vehicle on Illinois Route 170, other than to cross while traveling on a village street. (Ord. 11-09, 8-16-2011; amd.
