6-8-1: DEFINITIONS:
For the purpose of this chapter:
 
KNOWINGLY:
A person engages in conduct "knowingly" if, when a person engages in conduct, the person is aware of a high probability that he or she is doing so.
MOTOR VEHICLE:
Every vehicle, which is self-propelled, including, but not limited to, all automobiles, trucks, vans, motorcycles, motor scooters, golf carts and utility task vehicles.
OWNERS OF RECORD:
The record titleholder of the vehicle. (Ord. 12-09, 5-15-2012; amd. Ord. 23-14, 8-1-2023)
