5-2-3: FIREWORKS:

No person shall sell, offer for sale, use or explode any fireworks in the Village except the Council may grant a permit for a public display of fireworks under such conditions as it may impose under the provisions of 425 Illinois Compiled Statutes 35/2. (Ord. 286, 1-8-1974)
