A. It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any lot or ground or premises to allow such lot or premises or any right of way or sidewalk adjoining a lot or premises to be encumbered by any growth of grass or weeds over a height of eight inches (8").
B. All burdocks, thistles, weeds or uncultivated shrubbery maturing, growing or grown to seed or standing dry uncut on any premises in the Village are hereby declared to be a nuisance, and it shall be the duty of every owner or occupant owning or controlling any such premises to abate such nuisance.
