Whenever a complaint is made that a public nuisance exists within the village, the zoning officer, Chief of Police, or some other village official whom the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety shall designate, shall forthwith inspect or cause to be inspected the premises and shall make a written report of his or her findings. Whenever practicable, the inspection officer shall cause photographs to be made of the premises. (Ord. 22-14, 11-1-2022)
