A. Citizen Initiated Complaint: Any person who observes a public nuisance may file a complaint with the village at its Police Department or Village Hall, setting forth the violation in detail, its location and, if known, the name of the owner and occupant of the property on which such violation is alleged to exist.
B. Village Initiated Complaint: Any village employee or public official, including any police officer, zoning officer, code enforcement officer or other employee, who observes a public nuisance may initiate the complaint procedure. (Ord. 22-14, 11-1-2022)
