4-2-2: PUBLIC NUISANCES PROHIBITED:
No owner or keeper of real or personal property, including the owner or keeper of a vehicle, shall allow, and no person shall erect, contrive, cause, continue, maintain or permit to exist any public nuisance per se within the village. (Ord. 22- 14, 11-1-2022)
