This chapter shall not be construed to prevent the enforcement of other laws, codes, ordinances and regulations which prescribe standards other than those provided herein, and in the event of conflict, the most restrictive shall apply. The registration of a vacant building pursuant to this chapter shall not preclude action by the Village to demolish or force rehabilitation of the building as provided in this code or other laws.
