After performing abatement of nuisance greenery, or other public nuisance, the village shall serve a notice personally, or by certified mail, to the person to whom was sent the tax bill for the general taxes on the property for the taxable year immediately preceding the removal activities and may also service the notice on any owner or occupant of the subject property. The notice must:
A. Identify the subject property by common description;
B. Describe the removal activity; and
C. Identify the village's cost incurred in abating the nuisance. (Ord. 22-14, 11-1-2022)
