4-6-5: FINES:
A User shall be fined for False Alarms as follows:
   A.   First, Second and Third False Alarms in a Twelve (12)-Month Period: warning letter (no fine).
   B.   Fourth, Fifth and Sixth False Alarms in a Twelve (12)-Month Period: fifty dollars ($50.00) per False Alarm activation.
   C.   Each additional False Alarm in a Twelve (12)-Month Period after six (6) False Alarms shall result in a false alarm charge of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per False Alarm. (Ord. 22-03, 2-1-2022)
