In the case of malfunctioning Systems, the Seneca Police Department may ask that the alarm be disabled until it can be returned to proper operating order. The Police Chief is hereby permitted to waive the fine if the system is restored in ten (10) business days or less since the last False Alarm. (Ord. 22-03, 2-1-2022)
