Forms for all licenses, permits, and certificates of occupancy and applications therefor shall be prepared and kept on file by the village clerk. Each license or permit issued shall bear the signature or facsimile thereof of the village clerk in the absence of any provisions to the contrary. (Ord. 03-04, 3-18-2003)
