A. The park board shall meet on the second Tuesday of each month and such other times as set by the park board. All meetings shall be open to the public with notice of all meetings given forty eight (48) hours in advance with the agenda being posted with said notice.
B. A quorum shall consist of five (5) members. The park board shall keep minutes of said meetings and file copies of said meetings with the village clerk within two (2) weeks of said meetings. (Ord. 01-27, 10-16-2001; amd. Ord. 21-03, 2-16-2021)
