2-5-1: ESTABLISHMENT AND APPOINTMENT:

It is hereby created, in and for the village of Seneca, a summer festival commission, which shall have such powers and duties as provided by the village council from time to time. Said commission shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by the mayor, with the consent of the village council. (Ord. 01-11, 6-19-2001)
