§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Violations of § 150.03 of this chapter shall be addressed as established in I.C. 36-7-9, as it may be amended from time to time.

   (C)   Any violation of § 150.04 of this chapter shall result in the imposition of a $25 fine for each day of non-compliance with § 150.04 of this chapter, not to exceed a total fine of $2,500.
