(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of the terms of §§ 92.35 through 92.49 of this chapter or the specifications and instructions adopted by the Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer and/or Building Commissioner pursuant to §§ 92.35 through 92.49 shall be assumed to require additional inspection, and an additional inspection fee shall be assessed for each such infraction.
(C) (1) Failure to comply with the requirement of § 92.46(A) shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $3,000.
(2) Failure to comply with the requirement of § 92.46(B) shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $750.
(3) Failure to comply with the requirement of § 92.46(C) shall be punished as permitted by law.
