A permit fee shall be paid at the time of filing the application as set out below.
(A) Above-ground utility facilities. The permit fee for conducting any work or other activities on above-ground utility facilities shall be $2,500 and must be paid at the time of filing.
(B) Below-ground utility facilities. The permit fee for conducting any work or other activities on below-ground utility facilities shall be $500 and must be paid at the time of filing.
(C) All other work or activities. The permit fee for conducting any other work or activity requiring a right-of-way permit shall be $25 and must be paid at the time of filing.
