§ 35.16 WILKERSON PARK MEMORIAL FUND.
   (A)   "Wilkerson Park Memorial Fund" is hereby established.
   (B)   The monies shall be expended by this Council only for the purpose of erecting monument(s) for the War Against Terrorism.
