A. Created; Members: The Seiling Public Library advisory board of the town board is hereby created. The library advisory board shall consist of six (6) appointive members.
B. Appointment And Terms: The mayor shall appoint two (2) members on or before May 1 of each year. The term of office of each appointive member shall be for three (3) years, beginning May 1 of the year of appointment or until a successor has been appointed and qualified. The present board of the Seiling library shall become members of the library advisory board and shall continue in office until their respective terms expire. (2003 Code § 1-8-5; amd. 2014 Code)
