Any person found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the following:
A. First offense: Fifty dollars ($50.00), plus costs.
B. Second offense: One hundred dollars ($100.00), plus costs.
C. Third offense: Two hundred dollars ($200.00), plus costs.
D. Future violations above the third offense: The maximum fine allowed, plus costs. (Ord. 2010-6, 10-12-2010)
