(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.08 of this chapter, by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful hereby, or declared to be a nuisance, an offense or a misdemeanor hereby, or who shall fail to do any act required by any such provision, or who shall fail to do any act when such provision declares such failure to be unlawful or to be an offense or misdemeanor, or who shall violate any legal order or regulation made pursuant to §§ 90.01 through 90.08 of this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) In addition to the procedures for removal of vehicles, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 90.40 through 90.44 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of an offense against the town. Each act in violation of any of the provisions hereof shall constitute a separate offense and may be chargeable as such. Each day’s continued violation of any of the provisions hereof, after proper notice, shall constitute a separate offense and may be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
