§ 71.03 ATTACHMENT TO VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   It is unlawful for any person riding upon a bicycle, coaster, roller skates, rollerblades, skateboard, sled or toy vehicle to attach the same or themselves to any vehicle upon a street.
