(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of any provision of §§ 71.01, 71.02 or 71.03 of this chapter shall be fined in accordance with the following:
(1) First offense: $50, plus costs;
(2) Second offense: $100, plus costs;
(3) Third offense: $200, plus costs; and
(4) Future violations above the third offense: the maximum fine allowed, plus costs.
