(a) No person, being the owner or harborer or person having charge of any mule, cow, sheep, goat, swine, pigeon, chicken, goose, duck or wild fowl, wild animal, horse or pony shall keep, harbor or permit the same within the Municipality.
(b) Exception. This section shall not apply to horses which comprise part of a permitted parade event within the Municipality, or which are being used for law enforcement purposes.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
