No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway or parking lot for the purpose of:
(a) Displaying such vehicle for sale; or
(b) Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by emergencies.
(c) Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 32-04. Passed 9-13-04.)
