(a) Every holder of registered credentials, when engaged in peddling upon any lot or land of any residence shall, upon the request of any owner or occupant of a residence, present for examination his credentials issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Every holder of registered and stamped credentials shall prominently display his or her credentials in a conspicuous place upon his or her person at all times while peddling pursuant to this section.
(c) The Sebring Police Department shall cause a weatherproof credential of sufficient size and color to be given to each approved applicant herein.
