No person shall go upon any premises and ring the bell or knock or create any sound in any other manner calculated to attract the attention of any occupant of such residence for the purpose of peddling or solicitation in defiance of the notice exhibited at the residence in accordance with the provisions of Section 721.05, unless the peddler or solicitor is there upon the invitation of the owner, lessee, or adult occupant of the premises.
