1167.02 PROHIBITIONS.

(a) No person shall, within the Village of Sebring, use as a temporary or permanent

residence any trailer or recreational vehicle.

(b) No person shall erect, construct, build or install a manufactured home or mobile home in any zoning district in the Village of Sebring.

(c) No Manufactured Home Park is a permitted use in any zoning district in the Village of Sebring.

(d) All structures erected in the Village of Sebring shall be in conformity with Chapter 1301 of the Codified Ordinances.
