(a) Regular meetings of Council shall be held at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at the Municipal Building. Whenever any regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the day following but not on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.
(b) Council may change the venue of any regular or special meeting by resolution. Such resolution must provide for adequate legal notice pursuant to the open meetings law section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code or any amendments thereof.
