1309.04 DEMOLITION AUTHORITY.

In the interest of the health safety and welfare of the citizens of the Village of Sebring and the betterment of the Village, the Village has the authority to order and/or perform or contract for demolitions in accordance with Chapters 1317 and 1319 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Sebring.
