(a) The official bench mark or uniform elevation point is hereby designated and established as 1,130.34 feet above sea level.
(b) The bronze plate placed in the northwest corner of the west entrance to the Municipal Building at a point approximately 200 feet east of the centerline of 15th Street; approximately 50 feet north of the centerline of Ohio Avenue; is hereby designated as the official bench mark or uniform elevation reference point as and for the Municipality; and for all grade determinations therein.
