There is created a "Nuisance Appeal Board" in the Village of Sebring. The Board shall consist of: The Mayor, Village Solicitor, and three members appointed by the Mayor: one member from the Planning Commission, one member from the Fair Housing Board and one member from the Village Counsel. The Nuisance Appeal Board shall have the power to adopt rules for the body. The Mayor or his designee shall preside over the hearings. Three members of the board shall constitute a quorum. All decisions are to be decided by a majority of those present. (Ord. 22-2020. Passed 5-11-20.)
