343.02 REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION FEES.

No person shall operate an underspeed vehicle on the Village streets or right of ways without registering said vehicle pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4503.10. Inspection fees shall be set by the Village of Sebring in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
