As used in the Fire Prevention Code, recommended by the American Insurance Association, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
(a) “Municipality” means the Municipality of Sebring.
(b) “Corporation Counsel” means the Solicitor of Sebring.
(c) “Bureau of Fire Prevention” means the Fire Division of Sebring, Ohio.
(d) “Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention” means the Fire Chief of Sebring, Ohio.
(e) “Nationally recognized good practice” means the limitations and conditions inherent in the standards and publications, listed in Article 31 of the Fire Prevention Code, which are adopted herein as if fully set forth in this Code.
