1521.02 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of conflict between the Fire Prevention Code and the Ohio Fire Code, either by deletion, modification or amendment by the Ohio Fire Code, the Fire Prevention Code recommended by the American Insurance Association shall prevail and be the governing law. (Ord. 1075-74. Passed 3-7-74.)
