1395.08 INTERPRETATION.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to repeal or amend Chapter 1341 Nuisance and Unsafe Premises, or Chapter 1501 Ohio Fire Code of the Codified Ordinances. The provisions and remedies available thereunder shall be distinct and separate from the provisions and remedies of this chapter; except that Ordinance 1492-91 is hereby repealed.
