(a) The Fire Chief shall inspect and make a written report of his findings on any building or structure that is insecure, unsafe or structurally defective by reason of a violation or violations of Chapter 1501, Ohio Fire Code; and/or Chapter 1521, Fire Prevention Code; and/or Chapter 1531, Fire Damaged Structure. The report shall be filed with the Manager.
(b) The Mahoning County Health Department shall inspect and make a written report of its findings on any building or structure that is unfit for human habitation. The written report shall be filed with the Manager.
