(a) Extraction, storage and processing shall conform to all rules and regulations of the State.
(b) Mineral extraction, storage or processing shall not be closer than 500 feet from any “R” (residential) district, nor closer than 200 feet from any structure used for human occupancy in any district.
(c) Any piping utilized for transporting minerals off-site shall be buried to a depth of thirty-six inches.
(d) Buildings and structures for which no future use is contemplated and for which no other acceptable use is practical or feasible shall be demolished or removed within one year of ceasing operation. (Ord. 1363-85. Passed 12-23-85.)
